What do I need to play?
Our play structures are a shoe-free zone, but no bare feet, please! Socks are required for all children and adults. We recommend grippy socks to make climbing easier. Was it a flip-flop day? No worries, we always have socks for sale in our cafe!
What ages are allowed in the playroom?
Our play space is geared toward children 6 months–8 years old. We don't turn kids away based on age, but if your child is past the point of imaginative play, this may not be the best fit for them. Every child who plays must be checked in and have a signed waiver on file.
Do I need to reserve a time to play?
A reservation isn't required, but it's the best way to guarantee your child a spot to play! Since we limit how many kids are in the play area at a time, reserving ahead cuts down on wait time too.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Yes — we just ask that you make some kind of purchase in the cafe (a play ticket, membership, coffee, etc.) if you bring outside food or drinks.

Do you supervise my child while they play?
Parent supervision is required at all times. We don't offer childcare services — our playroom monitors are there to sanitize, put away toys, and help keep play safe, not to watch your kids for you.
Do you have gluten-free or dairy-free options?
Yes! We offer gluten-free bread and non-dairy milks.
Can I come just for coffee, even without kids?
Yes! That's exactly what Mingo Coffee Co. is for.
Can I order ahead?
Yes — order ahead on ChowNow or get it delivered through DoorDash. If you have a card on file with us, you can also just text your order to 434-234-8700.
